The Science of Success

Cannabis testing is often looked at as a compliance hurdle to selling products. However, there are many ways to utilize testing data to improve yields, fine-tune product formulations, and create better quality products. This presentation will go over what data is available to growers and manufacturers, and how to interpret it best to make data-informed decisions that will save time, money, and improve processes.

Topic: Benefits of Offering Health Benefits

20-25 min Basic overview on Health Benefits, why should you offer Health insurance or should you see if employees get a tax credit through govt. Looking at advantages of just offering ancillary benefits (dental, vision, life, short term etc.) and how using this as an incentive to get part time employees to work 30-35 hours. Example-if you have 5 employees working 20 hrs. a week and if they work 30 hrs. a week so they can get dental and life insurance, you just added another 50 hours of time covered, without having to hire anyone. I can only put together a 20-25 min presentation. Health Insurance is not very fun or exciting and this will be more of a "why/benefits" to offer health insurance more than a "what" health insurance is. The "what" is the real boring part.
